SEO Manager
We are seeking an SEO Manager with a passion for driving organic search traffic and a proven track record of success. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive SEO strategy, promoting best practices, and working closely with cross-functional teams to enhance our offsite and onsite SEO performance.
Day to day of the role:
- Plan, develop, and implement the company-wide SEO strategy.
- Promote SEO best practice throughout the business and work closely with in-house teams and PR agencies to grow offsite SEO performance.
- Conduct competitor analysis, keyword research, content reviews, and other associated research.
- Implement onsite SEO tasks, including designing information architecture, on-page optimisation, site audits, and structured data implementation.
- Undertake ad hoc research, analysis, and troubleshooting as required by the business.
- Collaborate with the in-house development team to implement technical SEO improvements.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in SEO and content marketing.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience in a similar SEO role (would consider someone stepping into an SEO Manager role for the first time as well as a seasoned SEO Manager)
- Excellent project management and time management skills, ensuring efficient and timely delivery of projects.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects to ambitious deadlines.
- Collaborative spirit, excelling as part of a team that values joint effort.
- Capability to communicate technical SEO concepts in an easily understandable manner.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Proficiency in creating reports using Excel, Google Sheets, and Google Analytics.
