Job Title: Service Advisor

Location: High Wycombe

Salary: £28,000 basic - OTE £40,000 - £46,000

Hours:8am - 6pm Monday - Friday. Every other Saturday morning (paid as overtime)

Hawkfield Recruitment is currently working with a very well-established Automotive Dealer Group based in the High Wycombe area. We are looking to recruit an experienced Service Advisor for the Aftersales team here.

This is a highly successful business that has grown significantly over the past 20 years. with locations based in London, Buckinghamshire, Berkshire and Hertfordshire, they are still growing!

Key responsibilitiesof Service Advisor:

Your key responsibilities as a Service Advisor will be:

• Arranging and booking your customers vehicle servicing appointments via telephone and email.
• Provide best advice on any report repairs or additional service required, be able to sell with belief and become their point of contact for the duration of their vehicle being within our Workshop.
• Be able to provide updates and consultatively advise on repair work being or needing to be carried out.
• Create customer invoices and run through the work that has been carried out on their vehicle. Proactively reschedule appointments for the customer for any future vehicle maintenance or servicing.

About You:

As a Service Advisor, you will ideally have the following skills and attributes:

• An ability to provide tailored customer service and upselling to a wide range of customers.
• Comfortable working to deadlines and managing customer expectations with regular communication and updates.
• Happy to manage your own workload and customer base
