  • Fully office based (NE8)
  • Competitive salary range, circa. £24,000 to £26,000, depending on experience.
  • Full-time, Monday to Thursday (8AM - 5PM) and Friday (8AM - 2PM), with a one-hour lunch break each day, 37 hours per week.
  • 28 days of holiday, including bank holidays, increasing with length of service.
  • Statutory pension scheme.
  • Free on-site parking, and close to local public transport links

?? Primary Duties:

As a Service Coordinator, your responsibilities will include:

  • Organising and scheduling service appointments for engineers.
  • Booking in engineer's jobs, adding them to the system, and updating spreadsheets and portals.
  • Adjusting schedules as needed to accommodate changing priorities or immediate service requirements.
  • Acting as a point of contact for customer inquiries and service requests.
  • Overseeing the booking system to ensure all appointments and service calls are accurately scheduled and efficiently managed, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and operational excellence.
  • Maintaining regular communication with the service manager and engineers, providing job details and necessary support.
  • Coordinating with sales, technical, and other departments to ensure a cohesive approach to customer service.
  • Maintaining accurate records.
  • Managing and updating service management software or CRM systems with precision.
  • Preparing and processing work orders and invoices efficiently.
  • Performing general office administration tasks for the service team.
