Looking for IT service coordinator with social care background .

Minimum education/educational ability

Ability to gain and/or apply a range of knowledge, skills and understanding at a detailed level.
May be evidenced by: A levels; NVQ level 3 or equivalent qualifications, or evidence of demonstrable application in the course of experience.

Minimum experience/ knowledge/ skills:
Relevant experience
Effective level of IT competence including MS Office and other IT systems and software packages.
Clear understanding of customer care principles
Ability to provide excellent customer care services with an understanding of diversity principles
bility to establish and maintain effective relationships with people from diverse backgrounds.
