You Profile
 
As site services and compliance manager you will have a proven track record of managing site services in a food manufacturing or FMCG environment with extensive knowledge of compliance
The Role
·Ensure the delivery of the service requirements to support primary operations departments and ensure continuity of services. These services include compressed air, Water, Steam, Process Cold Water, Process Hot Water, Ventilation, Domestic Services, Drainage and Effluent discharges, sprinkler and fire safety from site.
·Responsible for monitoring Legionalla Control on Site, Water Quality, Steam Supply / Quality and Effluent Discharge including performance data and KPI's and ensuring effective delivery of all contracted services to the agreed service levels.
·Manage the development of site asset strategies to meet legal and environmental compliance.
·Manage the sites compliance registers, ensuring all associated works are planned and actioned in line with statutory deadlines
·Develop impact and contingency plan for estate asset and/or service failure in consultation with subject matter experts.
·Maintain the library of all SHE, Technical and Insurance engineering compliance requirements.
·Develop strategies and implementation plans for compliance and risk mitigation.
·Develop and maintain a comprehensive library of all assets that fall under the duty of care of engineering
·Produce reports on compliance validation
