Job Title: Electrical Site Supervisor

Salary: £49,000+ per year

Role Description:

Jaguar Building Services Ltd strives to employ only the highest calibre of staff in order that we can successfully deliver our contractual requirements to our clients. As a Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for completing maintenance and managing the day-to-day operations of the site to ensure continuity of business, services and compliance and ensure that Service Levels and Key Performance Indicators are met.

The role will require you to be able to demonstrate high levels of technical ability, man-management skills, IT Skills and finance controls. To ensure high standards are maintained Jaguar Building Services Ltd have a rigorous employment process which includes minimum qualifications and a technical assessment to establish suitability before employment and continuous assessment following employment. You must be physically fit, free from colour blindness, able to work at heights and in confined spaces.

Desired Skills & Qualifications:

You must be trained to one of the following qualifications:

• BTEC / HND / HNC / ONC / Degree in an electrical discipline
• Electrical Apprenticeship.
• City & Guilds 236 Parts one & two.
• City & Guilds 2360 Levels one & two.
• City & Guilds 2367 part 1 & 2368 part 2
• City & Guilds 2330 Levels two and three.
• City & Guilds 2357 Levels two and three.
• Any subsequent City & Guilds course used to replace 2357
• Level 3 NVQ Diploma in Electro-technical Technology

Other qualifications may be accepted but will be subject to assessment by Jaguar Building Services Ltd.

All qualifications that did not derive in the UK must be accompanied by certificate of comparison by UK NARIC and meet the above qualifications required to determine competency.

Experience required:

• A minimum of 3 years in technical role in a building services environment.
• Must be able to demonstrate experience and competence for Managing Site M&E Operations.
• Must be able to demonstrate understanding of the configuration and Operation of UPS's, Generators and Switching Systems.
• Must be able to demonstrate Familiarity with Statutory & HSE compliance
