Software Developer (Python, React)

£50,000 - £60,000 DOE

We are seeking a talented and highly motivated Full Stack Developer with strong skills in Python and React, to join a rapidly expanding Fintech organisation with 200 employees. As a Software Developer, you will be an integral part of a team who build cutting-edge cloud-native platforms using AWS, containerisation technologies, microservices, and more. This business are revolutionizing the Fintech industry within their specific area of expertise.

Responsibilities:

  • Create bleeding-edge, robust and scalable software using Python and React.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy new features and enhancements.
  • Implement efficient and secure APIs and integrate third-party services.
  • Work with DevOps Engineers, Project Managers, and other Software Developers to ensure clients are satisfied with customised platform functionality.
  • Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and reliability.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in both Python and React.JS
  • Strong experience with AWS.
  • Experience with Docker, Postgres, and Git.
  • Familiarity with cloud-native architecture and microservices.
  • Experience with developing and consuming RESTful APIs.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, agile environment.
