Position: Solicitor / CILEX - Fraud & Scam Department

Location: Liverpool City Centre

Type: Full-time

About Us:

We are a dynamic and expanding law firm located in the heart of Liverpool City Centre. Specializing in civil litigation, our firm is currently expanding its Fraud & Scam department to better serve our clients.

Qualifications and Experience:

•   Qualified solicitor or CILEX

•   Ideally, at least 1 year PQE

•   Experience in housing disrepair/fraud & scam preferred but not essential

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

•   Provide legal advice to clients on matters related to fraud & scam

•   Draft and review legal documents

•   Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, and court proceedings

•   Conduct legal research and analysis

•   Manage client relationships effectively

•   Ensure compliance with legal documentation

•   Develop strong working relationships with other claimant firms, defendant solicitors, and Kings Counsel to advance claims through the Court system

•   Gather evidence and data required for valid claims in large volumes

•   Take client instructions and advise on legal and procedural issues to progress files and litigation
