Solicitor - Residential Conveyancing

  • Salary Range: £45,000 - £55,000
  • Location: Central London
  • Job Type: Full-time, Office-based

My client is seeking a Newly Qualified Solicitor specialising in Residential Conveyancing to join their reputable law firm in Central London. This role is ideal for a dedicated individual ready to manage their own caseload and assist a partner with files, focusing on both freehold and leasehold properties, including new builds and second-hand properties.

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Managing a full caseload of residential conveyancing matters with minimal supervision.
  • Assisting a partner with the management of their files.
  • Handling transactions involving both freehold and leasehold properties.
  • Dealing with all aspects of conveyancing for new build and second-hand properties.
  • Providing high-quality legal advice to a diverse client base.
  • Ensuring all transactions comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintaining clear and professional communication with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and solicitors.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Newly Qualified Solicitor with a focus on Residential Conveyancing.
  • Strong understanding of the conveyancing process and property law.
  • Ability to manage a full caseload independently.
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Commitment to delivering high-quality service to clients.
