Specialist Finance Broker

Our client is an award-winning mortgage brokerage who has set up a specialist finance arm.

Due to rapid growth, they are seeking an experienced specialist finance broker.

The main areas of business are bridging loans, development finance and commercial mortgages although there are opportunities to offer other types of finance if desired.

Leads come from a variety of sources including estate agents, letting agents, accountants, IFA’s, property investor groups, lead providers and even property influencers, social media, and consultants.

There are an abundance of enquiries and they are looking to grow this side of the business rapidly.

The candidate should be CeMAP qualified, CAS Status and have at least 2 years-experience in specialist finance including bridging, development finance and commercial mortgages with a proven track record.

This role comes with:

  • Administration support that will chase the cases and update the clients leaving you time to research more cases.
  • Conveniently located offices with free parking.
  • A friendly team including support staff and even a marketing manager.
  • Strategic Partner status with Shawbrook Bank (means increased commission amongst other things)

This is an employed role with a basic salary to £32,000 and generous uncapped commission, with a realistic OTE of £75,000-£85,000.

We are currently only looking for one adviser for this role.
