location        Holsworthy 
rate of pay  £11.44 per hour 

Mon-Thurs (07.30 – 16.30) Fri (07.30 – 14.00)

The Company: 
Join a well-established sheet metal company as a Spot Welder for a temporary period of 4-6 weeks to help them manage their current orders. They take pride in their commitment of quality and precision in sheet metal fabrication.

What is the purpose of the Spot Welder role?

Welding metal sheets together by applying pressure and heat from an electric current to the weld area.   
 
What are the responsibilities of the Spot Welder?

  • Perform spot welding operations on sheet metal components according to blueprints and specifications.
  • Set up and operate spot welding equipment.
  • Inspect welded joints to ensure they meet quality standards.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment
  • What Skills and Qualifications will the Spot Welder have?
  • Proven experience as a Spot Welder or similar role.
  • Proficient in operating spot welding equipment.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
  • Strong attention to detail and quality.
  • Knowledge of safety procedures related to welding.
