Staff Nurse (RGN)

£21.30 per hour | Full-time Hours - 36 or 48 hours per week.

**Mixture of days & nights including alternate weekends**

Are you a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RGN) looking for a fulfilling role? Our client is seeking a Staff Nurse to join their high-quality nursing service, which offers exceptional care in a welcoming and comfortable environment. With a strong commitment to providing the best possible care for residents, including those with dementia, palliative needs, and requiring respite care, this is an excellent opportunity to join a compassionate team.

As a Staff Nurse (RGN), you will be responsible for delivering person-centred care to residents, ensuring their needs are met with respect and dignity. You will play a key role in maintaining high standards of care, supporting residents in comfortable, well-equipped living spaces. You’ll work alongside a supportive and caring team to provide the best care experience, enhancing residents’ quality of life.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Registered Nurse (RGN) with a valid NMC Pin.

  • Experience in nursing a Nursing Home is essential 

  • A minimum of 1 years experience.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

  • Commitment to delivering high standards of patient care.

  • Good organisational skills and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote a positive and inclusive environment for both residents and team members.
