Position: Static Supervising Building Services Engineer (potential for a management position)

Location: Central Milton Keynes

Duration: Permanent

Salary: From £38,000 to £40,000 plus package

We are looking for a Supervisor Level Building Services Engineer for a full time permanent position on a large static site in Milton Keynes

This Supervisor will be supporting the site manager and the on site engineers in relation to all of the building maintenance which will include Air Conditioning, Lighting, Alarm Checks, Water Testing, all electrical maintenance as well as on site general maintenance works

The right person for this position will already have a strong technical buildings services maintenance background. They should be able to do some on site maintenance as well as compliance checks, RAMS, procurement of materials, on site training etc.

This position does have the potential to become a management role in the near future.

Requirements

  • Strong technical knowledge of building services maintenance
  • Must have supervisory experience
  • Based in a short commute to the centre of Milton Keynes
  • Need to be either mechanically or electrically qualified
  • Strong health and safety knowledge
  • Happy to work on a static site.
  • Good man manager
