We’re working with a growing business based in Marston Gate that’s looking for a proactive and experienced Stock Controller to join their small but busy team. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity offering long-term potential for the right person. You’ll take ownership of stock control processes while supporting the wider administration function when needed.

What you’ll be doing:

• Taking the lead on stock control and inventory management

• Investigating stock discrepancies and identifying the root causes

• Suggesting improvements to current processes and implementing better ways of working

• Working closely with your supervisor to understand systems and reporting

• Supporting other admin functions during absences or busy periods

What we’re looking for:

• Previous experience in a stock control or inventory-based role is essential

• A logical, investigative mindset - someone who can dig into the data and spot patterns

• A positive, proactive attitude with a real team-player mentality

• Comfortable switching between tasks and happy to support outside of your main duties

• Organised, accurate, and confident with systems
