We are looking for a independet thinking manager that can drive sale through impeccable merchandising and windows display on it's own capacity. With an exceptional creativity to be able to create always window's display that beat competition in the area and drive traffic into the store. Having a real connection with your own local community, attracting new customers while delighting our existing customers. With a ability to Lead and motivate your team to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service and maintain strong brand engagement.Create and maintain a positive shopping experience for customers and staff being able to retain in your team people with passion and uncompromising commitment for our brand. Monitor and analyze sales performance, identify trends, and implement strategies to maximize sales and profitability and analyse KPY'sFeel empowered to make brave decision that deliver comercial excellence. Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate stock replenishment to meet customer demands.Develop and implement effective strategies to drive footall traffic and increase brand awareness.Train and develop staff members, providing ongoing coaching and performance feedback.Foster a collaborative and positive work environment that encourages teamwork and professional growth.Maintain a strong knowledge of current fashion trends, industry developments, and competitors.
