Streetwork Charges Analyst
We are currently working in collaboration with a leading national tier one utility provider. The role will involve working as a key part of the streetwork management team.

Salary to £45k | Stakeholder Pension | Annual Bonus | 25 Days Holiday
Key Essentials:
* This role will be ultimately responsible for overseeing Streetwork Fixed Penalty Notices (FPN’s) and defect inspection charges following the completion of utility works in the highway
* Responsible for investigating the liability of claims made by various local authorities using NRSWA legislation to dispute charges
* Investigating dispute charges via email and phone
* Assisting management in dealing with outstanding invoices and payments to be paid
* Liaising with councils and contractors
* Helping defuse negative situations with passed back invoices
* Regularly liaising with local authorities, building strong relationships
* Coordinating with LA's regards the validity of queries and payment requests
* Processing invoices through the in-house system
Requirements:
* It is essential that you have had previous experience as a Streetworks Analyst in a fast-paced utility environment
* Excellent knowledge of streetwork permitting systems, NRSWA legislation and the TMA
* It is essential that you have excellent I.T skills in Microsoft Office packages
