My clients nursing home located in Nottingham, specializes in catering to individuals with mental health conditions, learning disabilities, and challenging behaviors. Positon: Support Worker

• Hourly rate: £12.26 to £13.26 (paid breaks)
• Comibnation of Days and Nights
• Shift times: 8am to 8pm / 8pm to 8am
• Contracted hours: 36 to 48 hours per week

In this role, you will provide invaluable assistance and support to individuals who may require help due to age, disability, illness, or other challenges. Your responsibilities as a support worker will include:

• Assisting clients with daily living activities, such as personal care, meal preparation, and household tasks.
• Providing emotional support and companionship to clients, fostering positive relationships.
• Accompanying clients to appointments, outings, and social activities, promoting community engagement and inclusion.
• Supporting clients in developing and maintaining independence and autonomy.
• Following individualized care plans and adapting support strategies as needed.
• Maintaining accurate records and documentation of client interactions and progress.
