Competitive and Clear Pay Rates
Monday to Friday day shift : £31.10 per hour
Saturday day shift : £40.43 per hour
Sunday day shift : £49.75 per hour
Monday to Friday night shift : £40.43 per hour
Saturday night shift : £40.43 per hour
Sunday night shift : £49.75 per hour
Bank Holiday : £49.75 per hour

Responsbilities:
? Verify patient identification, surgical procedure, and consent forms
? Assist patients in preparing for surgery, including prepping the surgical site and providing necessary instructions.
? Maintaining sterile techniques during the procedure by passing instruments and supplies to the surgical team
? Document the surgical procedure accurately, including the administration of medications, fluid intake/output, and any unexpected events
? Provide emotional support to patients and their families before and after surgery
? Report any deviations from the expected course of care or any adverse events to the appropriate healthcare providers.

Requirements:
? NMC registration and PIN
? A minimum of 12 months post qualified work experience
? Effective teamwork and the ability to work independently
? Strong clinical skills and meticulous attention to detail
? Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
