Commercial Surveyor

£35,000 negotiable upon experience

Are you an experience Commercial Surveyor?

Do you ideally have experience within Construction or HVAC industry?

Attega Group is currently partnering exclusively with our client in recruiting a Commercial Surveyorto join the team.

The main purpose of this role is to provide commercial and financial support to all projects within the Business Units. Particular responsibility is placed on the presentation of Valuations, managing Sub-Contractor / Supplier payments, variations and Final Account agreements. In return, our client is offering a salary of up to £35,000 P/A, depending on experience, plus 25 days holiday + bank holidays, free parking, Christmas shutdown.

This is a full-time, permanent role. The hours of work will be Monday – Thursday 08:00 – 16:00  and Friday 08:00 – 15:30 ( optional 13:00 finish Fridays if you work 30 minutes longer Monday – Thursday)

Reporting to the Senior commercial Surveyor your responsibilities will include:

  • Identify and measure changes during contract
  • Maximise valuations to include all
  • Pre order contract/Spec/Scope & review of contract
  • Review and authorise Sub-Contractor and Supplier Invoices for
  • Prepare breakdowns and Schedules of rates as requested for
  • Liaise with Project/Site Management on Contract
  • Assist PM in the control of costs against

The ideal candidate:

  • Good understanding and experience of commercial finance preferably within the Construction or Construction services Industry.
  • Excellent communication
  • Well organised and multi
  • Baan Erp operating system Desirable
