The role:

Primarily dedicated to the firm's Project Finance practice, the new hire will provide effective support for the professional and personal growth of the firm's London Lawyers. You will develop and manage a comprehensive understanding of the practice group, including personnel strengths, professional development, and workload optimisation, performance evaluation, and development initiatives in collaboration with partners and HR to enhance performance and cohesion.

This is a brand-new role; you will be stepping into a position that has proven to be an instant success. The firm has hired identical roles in previous years across different practices, which have been great successes.

Experience:

Minimum of five years' previous experience as a practicing lawyer, ideally in a related discipline (preferably Projects or another Finance team).
