Your Role as M&A Manager

  • Lead tax due diligence processes for M&A transactions.
  • Develop tax-efficient deal structures and strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute successful transactions.
  • Provide innovative solutions to optimise tax outcomes.
  • Stay updated on tax laws and regulations to ensure compliance and mitigate risks.

What you'll need to be successful

  • Extensive experience in tax advisory, preferably with a focus on M&A.
  • Strong knowledge of UK tax laws and regulations.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing complex transactions.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Professional qualification (e.g., ACA, CTA)
