Key Responsibilities:
Provide one-on-one support to students with SEN, assisting with academic tasks, social skills development, and personal care as needed.
Assist the class teacher in planning and delivering differentiated lessons that meet the diverse needs of students with SEN.
Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment where all students feel valued, respected, and supported.
Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and external professionals to ensure the holistic development and well-being of students with SEN.


Requirements:
Previous experience working with children or young people with SEN preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Patient, compassionate, and empathetic approach to supporting students with diverse learning needs.
Relevant qualifications in SEN education or a willingness to undergo training.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.

Contract length: 12 months

Pay: £84.00-£106.00 per day
