Hays Education is working in partnership with a Liverpool-based nursery to appoint a Full-Time, Long Term Nursery Assistant to join their team. This role will go permanent for the correct candidate. This role will be starting as soon as possible and or a September Start.

Your new role
For the successful candidate, this role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the progression of the centre, as well as improving your skills through working as part of a high-achieving team. The centre's management team are looking to appoint a highly skilled Nursery Assistant with secure knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage from birth-5.
You will be joining a hard-working, forward-thinking team, so you will need to be proactive in your approach, with an ability to motivate yourself as well as the children in your care.
Specialist skills in supporting pupils with SEN or leading arts and crafts activities would be beneficial.

What you'll need to succeed
To be considered for this Early Years Teaching Assistant role, you will:

• You will have a level 2 or 3 Qualification in Teaching Assisting or Childcare.
• Have referenceable experience working in a Nursrery or School Setting.
• Relevant experience in the last 2-3 years.
• Have proven experience of working with the EYFS framework from birth-5
• Be comfortable supporting other members of staff in the preparation of food; feeding pupils and adhering to relevant health and safety guidelines
