Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of children? Do you have experience working in schools and supporting the learning of the national curriculum? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as a Teaching Assistant in Blackburn.
Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the class teacher in delivering high-quality teaching and learning experiences for students.
• Provide support to individual students or small groups to help them achieve their learning goals.
• Assist with the planning and preparation of learning activities, resources, and materials.
• Help to create a positive and inclusive learning environment where all students feel valued and supported.
• Work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and other professionals to meet the individual needs of students.
• Support students with special educational needs (SEN) to access the curriculum and make progress.

Requirements:

• A qualification related to working with children in schools.
• Experience working in schools and supporting the learning of the national curriculum.
• Experience working with students with special educational needs (SEN) is preferred but not essential.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A positive and proactive attitude towards supporting student learning and development.
• The ability to work effectively as part of a team.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
