Here at Prospero, I am working with a wonderful mainstream primary school in Chorley that requires a proactive Teaching Assistant for their Yr5 & Yr6 classes. As a Teaching Assistant you need to have a patient approach, and be able to provide plenty of encouragement, support and appropriate questioning and communication.

I would like to recruit an adaptable Teaching Assistant who can provide excellent support for the children and help them to make progress in all areas. You must be able to integrate into a staff team easily and be a patient and understanding person who can build relationships confidently with the children.

This role is to start in April, and will be required for the remainder of the academic year, with the potential that the role will continue onto the following academic year. Prior experience of working in UK primary schools is essential and you will also need a relevant qualification to be considered for the role.
