Teaching Assistant

Ideally, the school would like their Teaching Assistant applicant to have a Level 2 TA qualification, however relevant experience really is the key component, should you not have these qualifications.

You will have the following capabilities in order to be successful in this Teaching Assistant role:

• Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant in a smilar setting.
• Experience in Phonics.
• Strong communicator who is able to work alongside and support teaching staff.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Excellent behaviour management strategies.
• Set high expectations at all times.
• Willing to embrace all elements of school life, and go above and beyond standard classroom expectations.
• Capable in Maths & English, and comfortable with the curriculum across all key stages.
