Team Manager
We are currently recruiting for one of the UK’s Leading FMCG companies, for the role of Team Manager. It’s an exciting new opportunity to work for a recognised leading company specialising in Retail and Digital E-commerce, they offer an outstanding experience for users by making their services/products easily accessible online, anywhere, anytime and on any device!
What you’ll be doing:
- Provide leadership, management, and motivation for the Provisioning Team
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between retail customers and both internal and external stakeholders, including suppliers and implementation teams
- Develop and implement internal Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and customer service metrics to ensure high-quality performance
- Organise training sessions and provide coaching to the team to enhance issue resolution and incident management capabilities
- Prepare and generate management reports and information as needed
Main Skills/ Requirements:
- Effective people management experience
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Numerical, analytical and planning skills
- Ability to read and manipulate spreadsheets to manage and control budgets
- Experience working in a controlled or regulated environment
- Experience managing stakeholders to comply with established processes and procedures
- Proven track record of developing and implementing continuous improvement both in process, technology and working practices
- Previous experience of working with customer-facing and commercially orientated teams
