Day to day responsibilities
- Sourcing exceptional talent through posting job adverts, networking and head hunting using a variety of platforms.
- Screening candidates through phone calls, video calls and face-to-face meetings to ensure they are of top quality.
- Generating new business through cold calling and marketing
- Building relationships with candidates and clients to develop trust.
- Payroll administrator for temporary staff
- Negotiating fees with new business.
- Ensuring your candidate receives the best package from the client.
- Developing a strong understanding of the market and changes throughout
- Outgoing, lively and good sense of humour
The position is offered on a hybrid working arrangement.
