The Role

This role is designed for an Architect to be the link between the client and the Engineering team. You'll be based in Engineering office and will need to come from strong technical background. This role is at least 90% hands off and has a strong client facing element to it.

You'll need to have previous experience in some form of Service Management / Delivery role, ideally but not essentially from a Managed Service Provider background. You'll need to have a strong understanding of General Business Principles as well as an in depth knowledge around ITIL, with up to date Certifications.

What We Are Looking Out For

• 5 years of experience in a Service Management, Delivery or Engineering role
• Excellent understanding of ITIL Frameworks
• Understanding of General Business Principles and Business Economics
• Experience in a Defence setting (No essential but highly advantageous)
• Strong understanding of Architecture Principles
• Strong IT Infrastructure Technical Background
