Technical Support Assistant
Salisbury - Office Based
£23,000 - £25,000 + Training + Progression + Holiday


This is an excellent opportunity for a Quality and Technical Support Assistant or Graduate to join a company that offers full training within the role and an exciting chance to learn industry knowledge with a business that has been established over 50 years.

This company is an industry leader that offers a variety of electronic tools for precise measurement and data recording. They even create custom electronics for unique needs and are known for user-friendly tools, making them a go to business for environmental monitoring. This wide range of electronic products are then supplied to many sectors, giving them a global reach.

In this varied role you will be responsible for providing 1st line technical and product support to customers globally. Which will include troubleshooting both network and customer related issues, maintaining accurate record keeping, and dispatching product parts when necessary.

The ideal candidate will have some experience in a similar role or a strong academic background and have excellent customer service skills. You will have good knowledge of technical and network troubleshooting, dealing with various stakeholders and good attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.

The Role:
* Provide support for products globally via phone and email.
* Maintain accurate record keeping.
* Troubleshooting Network and Customer issues.
* Based on-site in Salisbury with an early finish on a Friday.

* Must have a high attention to detail when record-keeping.
