Temp to Perm Trainee Trimmer

Reporting to our Production Manager, you will be a key member of the team. You will learn and gain the skills required to manufacture quality goods.

Key Responsibilities

• Trimming leather and fabric flat panels
• Understanding and interpreting patterns
• Fabricating and cutting of foams
• To be able to cut fabrics accurately
• Use of spray booth (adhesives not paint)
• Communicate effectively & professionally with Colleagues
• Any other duties that may arise from time to time

Skills & Experience

• Willingness to learn
• Excellent communication skills, verbal & written
• Team player, enthusiastic with a positive 'can do’ attitude
• Ability to work under pressure

Whilst temping, salary of £12 p/h which equates to £24,960 per annum. Upon successful completion of 12 weeks, this would increase.

Working hours are 7.30am-4.30pm Monday to Thursday. Friday 7.00am - 1.00pm.
