The Company
This established professional services group has an enviable reputation with an interesting and diverse investment portfolio. Due to a review of their in-house filing systems they need assistance with a short term project over the Summer.

The Role
You will help with the transfer of hard copy paperwork onto soft copy through scanning and adding this to existing systems. You will help order documents and ensure they are filed effectively on-line. You will help populate the in-house filing system electronically ensuring compliance to GDPR.

The Person
This role would suit a recent graduate with some office experience who may be looking for work over the Summer before starting a grad role in September or a someone with good admin experience ideally with some HR knowledge. You will be self-motivated, a team player and willing to take on new tasks and learn quickly.
