Grafton Banks Finance are supporting a client in Brighton who are looking to recruit a Payroller on an initial 6 month fixed-term basis. This role is focusing on assisting the Payroll Manager with ensuring the payroll, benefits and pensions are paid correctly and on a timely basis.

Duties may include:

  • Liaising with HR to collect employee data.
  • Calculating payroll (wages, holiday, overtime)
  • Preparing weekly, monthly, quarterly and year-end payroll reports
  • Processing weekly and monthly payroll

Essential experience:

  • Previous experience working within a payroll or payroll administration role
  • AAT qualifications (desirable, not essential)
  • Available on immediate or short notice
  • Able to commute to central Brighton on a daily basis.
