Job Title : Trade Repairs Supervisor
Location: Walton on Thames
Salary: Up to £41,000 per annum
Role Type: Permanent
Looking to recruit a Trade Repairs Supervisor to a leading Property maintenance Contractor based around South West London
Responsibilities:
- Supervise Field Operatives on property maintenance and social housing contracts.
- Ensure the delivery of high-quality service and work scheduling in line with company standards and SLAs.
- Attend client and resident meetings as part of the company representation.
- Manage the responsive repairs department to meet performance targets.
- Oversee material costs and adherence to processes and procedures.
- Conduct work inspections and analyze performance data and customer feedback.
- Lead and develop the team, ensuring optimal staffing levels for service provision.
Requirements:
- Experience at a supervisory level within property maintenance or social housing.
- Proven ability to manage teams and projects effectively
- NVQ in a trade related industry
- SMSTS or SSSTS certification.
- Full UK driving licence
