The Opportunity
This is your opportunity to accelerate your career in Finance! The business is an ambitious Accountancy Practice based near Manchester Airport who are continuing with their growth and upward trajectory. The business has recently secured a new office which will support their expansion plans. They provide full accountancy services from annual accounts, self-assessment advice and payroll support to specialisms including Tax where you will have the freedom to explore and learn more about these topics as you choose.

Please note: This is an office based position 5 days per week.

Responsibilities
- Bookkeeping responsibilities
- Preparing VAT returns
- Supporting senior staff with statutory reporting
- Balance sheet reconciliations
- Payroll journals
- Handling client queries
The Package
+ Salary of £24,000 - £26,000
+ Study support towards AAT or Professional Qualification (ACA / equivalent)
+ Mentorship and guidance from experienced professionals
About You
> Will be driven to pursue a career in Accountancy, they should possess a natural curiosity with a willingness and hunger to learn
> Be able to demonstrate an interest of Finance through prior experience or education (AAT / Degree)
> Comfortable with Excel with experience using basic formulas
