All we require from applicants is:
- That you hold your AM2 electrical qualifications (Or equivalent)
- That you are a hard worker, with good problem solving skills, and client oriented
- And that your ready to get going with training!
This role is working with an impressive Southern Solar Renewables installations business that are approaching 100 staff now.
They have a variety of first class contracts on board, and more to come, so are hiring due to expansion.
You will be put through a 4 week training course before you go on the road independently to see clients and do installs, to ensure that you are trained to company and industry standards, ready to do a great job!
They are built up of a group of sociable engineers and office staff, that have multiple parties throughout the year including a summer bash and a Christmas awards ceremony.
The role will include:
- Travelling in a mobile position across the South, with a solar roofer supporting you, to install solar panels.
- The Electricians role in this, is to assist with the placement of solar panels, and then lead the cable connections through to a system which when installed, also controls the whole arrangement.
- You will also be trained and expected to carry out the installations of; EV chargers and add on’s such as EPS sockets and Power diverters.
- Bonus scheme which can on average add on an extra £1000 (And upward / uncapped) to your salary per month!
