T&D Coordinator

Our Training and Development team play a crucial role in company, offering CPD, qualifications and individualised support to our candidates. With the expansion of Prospero Learning, we are looking to hire a motivated person to join the team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Creating online courses for Prospero Learning, Including:
  • Writing courses
  • Editing courses
  • Supporting with the design of the courses
  • Mentoring learners through Teaching Assistant qualifications and marking assessments.
  • Delivering live CPD sessions to candidates.
  • Supporting Prospero Teaching candidates with interview preparation.

Day to Day Role

  • Creating and developing new courses in line with company need.
  • Delivery of CPD for Prospero Teaching candidates.
  • Supporting Prospero Teaching candidates within their education roles.
  • Supporting learners completing the qualifications.
  • RAG ratings and identifying/mitigating learner risk factors.
  • Marking and submitting candidate assessments and supporting external auditors to maintain Prospero's Awarding Organisation status.

Skills and Experience

  • Qualified teacher status with 2+ years' experience within the classroom.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Confident with IT including Office 365.
  • Eager to learn and develop within the role.
