We are seeking empathetic tutors to work on a one to one basis with pupils. As a successful candidate, you will be joining a team in SOLIHULL. We are looking for Tutors with extensive experience supporting children or young people. This is a highly rewarding opportunity, where you will be making a real difference to the life of a pupil.

The position is available right away. On average people work 15 hours per week and the support can be during or after school hours

Your responsibilities will include:

* Setting, marking and giving feedback on work

* Safeguarding children

* Planning sessions to ensure the curriculum is covered sufficiently

* Monitoring students' progress

Requirements of the job:

* An enhanced DBS on the update service (we can support with this)

* QTS (ideally) or strong tutoring experience

* Strong knowledge of the curriculum

* A great work ethic

* Previous experience working with children who need extra learning support.
