VIP Desktop Support - London

We are urgently seeking a VIP Desktop Support for our client who are a Global IT Service Provider. This will be on a contract and based in London.

Brief Overview of role / project:

• The role itself encompasses as a Desktop Technician, windows OS, Office 365, Supporting TechDeck, MWP support and some AV and VIP support.
• Dealing with incidents, service requests and planned changes,
• Proven track record of providing support to user estate all the way up to director level is essential,
• This position will require an engineer capable of building key relationships with end users, including VIP/Executives/Senior Management and their support staff.
• Capable of taking ownership of complex cases and managing end to end resolution.

Some project work may be required and some flexibility to work offsite and out of hours.
