Job Title: QC Sample Admin/Operative
Location: Greenford – On site
Salary: £26,000 + Package.
Essential: BENDI licence

The Advocate Group are Partnered with Monster Energy, leading the search for a QC Sample Administrator/Operative to sit as part of the Qualilty control Team.

In this role, you will play a crucial part in the sampling process, ensuring the accuracy, documentation, and organization of samples for quality testing and analysis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administrative tasks within a quality control or similar environment, with a passion for maintaining high standards in product quality.

Responsibilities:

  • Receiving and recording deliveries of samples for the laboratory.
  • Logging samples in support of Laboratory Analysts.
  • Retaining samples whilst maintaining accurate records for both standard samples but also investigatory samples as well.
  • Support business improvement initiatives such as implementing and improving integrated laboratory WMS system, sample retains control process.
  • Collecting samples from retains out for sensory and investigatory analysis, liaising with the Quality Control Coordinator.
  • Maintaining waste receptacles and ordering them for destruction.
  • Maintaining and monitoring pallet destruction.
  • Creating outbound forms and liaising with the Warehouse Manager for distribution of samples to external parties

Skills and Experience:

  • Proven experience of the workings in a warehouse/ environment
  •  Experience within a laboratory desirable.
  • Excellent proficiency with Outlook, Excel.
  • Understanding of good warehousing practices
  •  Understanding of good laboratory practices not essential but desirable.
  • Highly organised and being able to demonstrate attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team to meet objectives.
  • Certified in Bendi essential, Counter-balance desirable.
