Are you an experienced Warehouse Operative looking for a stable career opportunity with a company focused on progression?

We are currently recruiting for a well-established packaging client based in Warminster, who are seeking experienced individuals to join their team on a temp to perm basis.

As a Warehouse Operative, you will be on rotational shifts of 5:45-14:00 and 13.45-22.00 This role offers a competitive pay rate of £12.21 which will increase once trained on the machines within the warehouse.

The company has a strong track record of success and is committed to providing supportive working environment for their employees and is passionate about development. The ideal candidate will be reliable, hard-working, and able to perform standard warehouse duties efficiently. There is a lot of heavy lifting in this role so it is very important you are physically fit with no medical restrictions on lifting, being good with technology is also important as the development will be progression onto the machines in the factory.

The right candidate will have-

*A good level of physical fitness

*Good team communication skills

*Willingness to learn new skills

*Technical ability

*Driving License (Prefered)

***Must be local to the Warminster***
