First Choice Staff are looking for a Warehouse Supervisor to join a tight-knit team based in West Drayton. Working Mon-Fri (9am-5pm), reporting to the Head of Business Operations, you will have a broad and varied role getting involved in all aspects of the storage and distribution process from monitoring our warehouse management system (WMS) to picking and packing customer orders.

About the role:
· Preparing the warehouse for the day’s work.
· Managing stock and pick/pack orders on the WMS (warehouse management system)
· Physically picking and packing orders
· Ensuring the warehouse is kept tidy and workable in line with the instruction of senior staff
· Dealing with all items/issues within the workplace and ensure any problems are rectified or referred.
· Ensuring all queries and phone calls are dealt with in a timely manner.
· Ensuring all packages are processed and handled according to the requirements of the company
· Adhering to the instructions laid out in the Company handbook
· Dealing with customer queries
· Dealing with Paris Office

Previous experience in the logistics industry or warehouse environment is desirable but not essential.
The successful candidate will be welcomed into a tight-knit and friendly team where hard-work and completing tasks to the best of your ability is valued above all.
