Water Treatment Engineer - Aylesbury

Pertemps Aylesbury is currently recruiting for an experienced Water Treatment Engineer to join our Water Specialist client based in Aylesbury.

Salary: £24,000 - £38,000

Duties:
  • Creating and Implementing Water Hygiene Programmes
  • Temperature Monitoring of Domestic Water Systems
  • Cleaning, De-scaling and Disinfection of Water Systems
  • Chlorination of new Incoming Mains Water Supplies
  • Clean and Disinfection's of Domestic CWS Tanks and systems
  • Bacterial Water Analysis Sampling
  • Thermostatic Mixer Valves (TMV's) Servicing
  • Legionella Risk Assessments
  • Pre-Commission Cleaning
  • Back-Flushing of associated plant
  • Chemical Cleans of Closed Water Systems
  • Biocidal Cleans of Closed Water Systems
  • Retreatments of all types of systems
Experience and Requirements:
  • Previous experience in water treatment / hygiene industry is preferred
  • Knowledge of water treatment processes and equipment
  • Strong problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve system issues
  • Excellent attention to detail to ensure accurate testing and record-keeping
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
