We are currently seeking an experienced individual to join this team in the role of Wealth Operations Technical Officer.

Responsibilities:
• Conducting thorough investigations related to customer transactions.
• Utilising systems and tools to explore and analyse customer data.
• Identifying irregularities, discrepancies, or potential issues.
• Ensuring data accuracy and integrity
• Using data to inform decision-making processes
• Ensuring compliance with established procedures and guidelines.
• Maintaining a high level of accuracy in all tasks
• Using Excel functions, formulas, and pivot tables effectively
• Regularly reviewing work outputs to verify correctness.
• Implementing quality control measures.
• Addressing any errors promptly.
• Demonstrating a consistent track record of maintaining high-quality standards

Skills and Requirements:
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel.
• Data analysis and investigation
• Strong excel knowledge
• Experience in quality checking and assurance

• Work well in a team environment
