Year End Accountant
This role involves managing the end of year accounting process for a company within the leisure, travel & tourism industry. The Year End Accountant will ensure compliance with financial regulations, maintain accounting records, and prepare financial reports.

Description
- Manage the end of year accounting process.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
- Maintain accurate and complete accounting records.
- Prepare financial reports and statements.
- Liaise with auditors and provide required information.
- Implement financial policies and procedures.
- Support the finance team with ad-hoc tasks as required.
- Participate in financial projects and initiatives.
Profile
A successful Year End Accountant should have:
- A degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
- Demonstrable experience in a similar role within the not-for-profit sector.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and regulations.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office suite.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
