This company is a leading provider of infrastructure services, construction, and property development.
Your new role
To lead and oversee the successful delivery of construction projects within the Aberdeen region, achieving operational and commercial goals through the effective management of project teams, internal and external stakeholders to execute project delivery strategy.

To drive project teams to achieve programme and budget targets through effective management of staff, resources, subcontractors and consultants.

To take overall responsibility for implementation of SHE policies and procedures, ensuring that all employees and subcontractors comply with all relevant policies and procedures across sites in the region.
What you'll need to succeed

  • Relevant Construction Qualification HND / Degree lever or equivalent
  • Membership / accreditation with a relevant professional body (e.g. CIOB/ICE)
  • Health and Safety - 5-day SMSTS
  • CSCS Black Card
  • First Aid Cert
  • Full UK Driving Licence.
