Our client is seeking a residential conveyancer to join the team! This is a full-time permanent role that offers some form of hybrid working! 

The firm

The is a full service, West Midlands practice which has a favourable reputation for its work and how it goes about it and has a conveyancing team spread across its office network, that deals with locally referred and repeat work, as well as matters on a national basis. The team works closely between offices and has a friendly and supportive ethos.

The role 

This residential conveyancer role would require the successful candidate to immediately adopt and take responsibility for a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters with access to legal support. You must be comfortable running your own caseload free of significant supervision. 

The person

Ideally you will have at least 3 years’ PQE with the ability to hit the ground running on a diverse range of conveyancing matters. 

You will be a qualified solicitor, legal executive or licensed conveyancer. 

Ideally you will have some experience supervising more junior members of staff but this is not essential.
