Finance Manager

Overview

We have been appointed by appointed by a longstanding client of ours to look after a Finance Manager to join their international organisation and oversee the day to day of the finance operation.

This already well established SME has forecasted significant growth over the next 12 months so is looking for an individual who will be excited join them on this journey.

Reporting to the CFO, this role will see you manage and develop a very capable and hard-working team of two. You will have responsibility of monthly management reporting and full P&L review of multiple entities. You will be responsible for both management and financial accounting and the over-site of transactional work produced by the team.

What is required;

• Be a Qualified Accountant by ACA/ ACCA/ CIMA. Our client will also consider exceptional QBE candidates with 10+ years experience.
• As an experienced Finance Manager from a busy SME environment you will know the score; one day you are liaising with an international VP, the other you will be covering a teams absence and posting an invoice, you will also be supporting with elements of HR. It's an all hands on deck operation!
• Be a confident communicator. This is a complicated business, it is essential that you are confident liaising with individuals at all levels across departments.
• Be happy to go into the office five days a week. There will of course be flexibility but as you will be the most senior member of the UK function it is important you are close to the team!
