I am supporting a great role in the Oxfordshire area within Financial Services Administrator linked to a very special IFA FIRM.  They are looking to recruit an experienced Financial Administrator, who can work as part of the existing administrative team, supporting Clients, Paraplanners and Financial Planners/Advisors.  This is a varied and interesting role within the business to provide administrative support to the Clients. This role is linked to a candidate with knowledge within Financial Services Administration with recent experience within a Financial Planning Practice on the Administrative side. 

Key aspects of the role will include:-

  • Maintenance of the back-office system to include compliance and fact find documentation linked to financial services admin
  • Communication with clients on the email you will be lining up
  • Execution of client instructions, contract notes and policy documents
  • Assisting fellow team members when needed and where there is capacity to do so
  • Effective communication with product providers to track business through to completion
  • Contacting third party providers
  • Those with experience of Investment wrap platforms and Intelligent Office would have an advantage
  • The role will be office based.

About you

  • This role will only be suitable for a Financial Administrator with at least 5+ years of experience.
  • Those with experience of Investment wrap platforms and Intelligent Office would have an advantage for certain and will be lined up
  • Study support is available if you are studying or wish to study toward Cll (Chartered Insurance Institute) Diploma (Dip PFS or Dip FA)
  • Effective communication skills
  • Great organisational skills and time management
  • Flexible and 'can do' attitude
