My client, a specialist UK based Engineering and Environmental Consultancy, is searching for a Graduate Flood Risk Consultant to join a supportive team based in Beverley.

It is essential that applicants have a strong academic background including a MSc and/or BSc in Hydrology, Geography, Civil Engineering, Environmental Modelling or Hydraulic Modelling and a keen interest in hydrology, hydraulic modelling and water quality.

Candidates are required to live locally and have a keen interest in flood risk and drainage.

As a Graduate Consultant you will join a supportive Engineering Team based across England. You will be trained to complete;

-Flood Risk Assessments for Planning Applications

-Flood Estimation using ReFH and Winfap

-Rainfall Analysis

-Water Quality Assessments

-Drainage Modelling using Causeway and Microdrainage

-GIS Mapping

-Drainage Strategies

-Site visits and site walkovers occasionally.
